and protection
Base absorption, interface adhesion promotion, surface sealing, final gloss and post-maintenance are each undertaken by different products. They are not "auxiliary materials" that can be omitted at will.

Product responsibilities are arranged in a systematic order. Specific selection depends on substrate absorbency, location of use, target gloss and current batch profile.
