COLOR · TEXTURE · MATERIAL FIRST

Understand the material first,
Then choose a color.

Microcement, decorative paint, mineral paint and resin finishes, even if they are similar in color, have completely different grains, reflections, feel and construction marks. Here we will first help you find the right material language.

01 / CHOOSE MATERIAL

you want to present
What kind of surface?

The color selection methods for the four types of materials are different. Click on the real space below. The page only displays the corresponding colors, textures and key points of judgment, and does not mix different systems in the same color card.

02 / REAL LIGHT

Let the real space
Verify light and color.

Screen color temperature simulation is prone to misunderstanding. Here are three real spaces to remind you: natural light, side light and artificial lighting will change the brightness, texture intensity and color perception.

Artistic gray space under natural lighting
01 / NATURAL LIGHTNatural light: first look at the true brightness of the color in space

Observe the impact of orientation, window area, and adjacent woodwork on wall color.

Mineral wall under strong side light
02 / SIDE LIGHTSide light: will amplify particles, scratches and uneven base

When planning wall washers or linear lights, side lighting samples must be made separately.

Wall art under artificial lighting
03 / ARTIFICIAL LIGHTArtificial Light: Lamp Color Temperature Reinterprets Color

Nighttime confirmation must use the lamps and color temperatures ultimately selected for the project.

03 / SAMPLE PROTOCOL

Web page help filtering,
The physical template is completed and confirmed.

No matter which material is chosen, the final prototype must include formal materials, real tools, construction techniques and protective coatings and be placed on the project site for observation.

  1. 01
    Select material system first

Eliminate unsuitable materials based on wall or floor, indoor or outdoor, intensity of use and target effect.

  2. 02
    Reduce the color direction

Keep 3–5 candidate directions based on woodwork, stone, furniture, natural lighting, and fixture color temperature.

  3. 03
    Make on-site samples

It is completed by the actual construction personnel, and is observed during the day, night and side light, and the sealed samples are retained after confirmation.

Not sure which material to start with?Submit space photos, usage location and target effects, and we will first help judge the material system.
