DURITE / DECORATIVE FINISHES

five textures,
Let the light happen on the wall.

From velvet reflections and matte dynamics to suede touches and soft sand layers, DURITE does not cover all spaces with one effect, but allows materials, craftsmanship and on-site light to jointly determine the final expression of the wall.

01 / FIVE SURFACE DIRECTIONS

five textures,
Five unique surface languages.

First select the product based on the desired touch, reflection and hand marks, and then proceed to color and sample confirmation. The following pictures are all from existing product catalogs and real materials, and do not replace artistic paint with microcement effects.

ARMONIA dark gray velvet reflective art wall real scene
REAL FINISH / ARMONIA
01

MICRO PARTICLE / SILK REFLECTION

ARMONIA

Micron particles create velvety light and dark reflections

The fine particles create soft light and dark contrasts depending on the viewing angle and light direction. There are restrained hand-made layers when viewed up close, but a complete and quiet color background is maintained when viewed from a distance.

Packaging
2.5 L
Indicative consumption
95–140 mL/m²
Finish coats

What to assess Velvet feel, light and dark transitions, and grain order under side light.

VENATO blue matte dynamic art wall real scene
REAL FINISH / VENATO
02

MATTE MOVEMENT / DEEP MARKS

VENATO

A hand-made path that preserves the flow of shades in a matte surface

Recreate the momentum of classic matte walls with a water-based decorative system. The texture does not rely on coarse grain accumulation but instead builds deeper, more continuous changes in direction through two passes.

Packaging
2.5 L
Indicative consumption
180–220 mL/m²
Finish coats
Two finish coats

What to assess Level of matte, direction of movement, continuity between dark and light areas.

VELLUTO Soft Pink Suede Touch Art Wall Real Scene
REAL FINISH / VELLUTO
03

SUEDE TOUCH / SOFT TONE

VELLUTO

Soft suede feel and subtle tonal variations

The surface is both visually and tactilely softer, with subtle reflection changes without excessive shine. It is suitable for interior spaces that require a quiet background, soft colors and a close touch.

Packaging
2.5 L
Indicative consumption
100–150 mL/m²
Finish coats
One finish coat

What to assess Tactile softness, up-close color gradation, low-key reflections in natural light.

DRAPPO soft light fabric-like wall art real scene
REAL FINISH / DRAPPO
04

FABRIC DEPTH / SILKY SURFACE

DRAPPO

Soft and silky fabric feel and more obvious spatial depth

The flexible filler allows a surface with depth and movement to be created with just a few hand strokes. As light passes over the wall, the texture is closer to soft fabric than hard mineral.

Packaging
2.5 L
Indicative consumption
200–250 mL/m²
Finish coats
Two finish coats

What to assess The rhythm of the brush strokes, the silky reflections, and the depth of the wall are balanced.

RELIEVO soft sand light art wall real space
REAL FINISH / RELIEVO
05

SOFT SAND / TONAL REFLECTION

RELIEVO

Soft sandblasted look and detailed tonal reflections

The fine particles break up the light into even layers of soft sand, creating a gentle but discernible decorative surface in faster construction paths, avoiding a gritty feel and messy spots.

Packaging
2.5 L
Indicative consumption
125–170 mL/m²
Finish coats
One finish coat

What to assess Fine particle density, uniformity of soft sand, and natural transition between bright and matte areas.

02 / WHAT IT IS

decorative paint,
Let the wall respond to the light.

Unlike microcement, which emphasizes a continuous mineral surface, the focus of DURITE's five finishes is not on the "cement feel" but on the gradations of color created by the combination of fine grain, tool direction and light. From a close look, it is a delicate hand-made change, but from a distance it still looks like a complete, soft wall.

01

Delicate, not rough

The surface does not use sand, cracks or heavy scratches as a decorative language; the correct effect should maintain a smooth, continuous and soft visual touch.

02

Hierarchical, not cluttered

The brush and plastic knife create controllable direction changes. Texture needs to be orderly and not randomly patchy or visibly patchy.

03

Changes with the light, without relying on filters

Natural light, side light and wall washers will change the light and dark reflection; this change must be verified through physical samples, rather than judged by screen retouching.

03 / SURFACE LOGIC

Materials, tools and light,
Together they shape the expression of the wall.

The same product name does not mean that the results of each project are exactly the same. Substrate, tools and light must be considered together.

MICRO PARTICLEmaterial particles

Fine particles create soft reflections in the coating and are the material basis for velvet light and shade.

01
HAND MOVEMENTManual direction

The brush spreads the material, and the plastic knife rearranges the surface particles, determining the rhythm of the texture and the direction of light and dark.

02
PROJECT LIGHTProject light

Side light will amplify the layers, and front diffused light will make the effect quieter; color selection must return to the actual space.

04 / LIGHT STUDY

Color cards define colors,
Light gives the wall expression.

In the project, at least three observations need to be completed: natural light during the day, main lighting at night and side light near the wall. Only if all three conditions are acceptable can the model be of reference significance.

DAYLIGHT
Confirm the basic hue and overall brightness to prevent the sample from looking dirty or cold under natural light.
AMBIENT LIGHT
Confirm the atmosphere in the daily lighting environment, and do not use the strong light in the exhibition hall to replace the real usage scene.
GRAZING LIGHT
Confirm tool marks, joints and surface flatness; side lighting is an important condition for inspecting construction quality.

05 / APPLICATION

Complete construction path,
Achievements stabilize the artistic surface.

The following sequence is based on the available DURITE Armonia technical data. Formal projects need to be reconfirmed based on the grassroots status and current technical documents.

  1. 01
    SUBSTRATE

    Stabilize and unify the grassroots

Remove chalk, contamination and uncured layers; repair obvious defects and determine whether curing is required based on absorbency.

  2. 02
    FONDO ATF BIANCO

    Build a white supporting base

The information recommends two coats of primer: the first coat at a reference dilution of 20–25% and the second coat at a reference dilution of 15–20%.

  3. 03
    ARMONIA + COLOR TONER

Color according to recipe and mix thoroughly

2.5 L Armonia Add the corresponding color paste according to the target formula; disperse evenly at low speed to avoid damaging the material system.

  4. 04
    BRUSH + PLASTIC TROWEL

Zoning fabric and tidying up textures

Alternately treat approximately 1–2 m², and after a few minutes use a clean brush and a plastic batch knife to organize the particles and patterns, working continuously along the same logic.
